Greetings! For those of you that I have not been able to talk to recently... I'm leaving for Bagram AB in Afganistan soon. We are slotted to replace the current unit (Hill AFB) of F-16 in May. Although I can't tell you the exact date I'm leaving I should be gone the first half of the month. There will probably be a while where I'm not in touch- it's normal! I will take a little while to get settled into the AOR (Area of Responsibility).

Although I'm still in Italy I figured it would be a good idea to start a blog. I'm hoping a blog will allow me to reach more people at once and share stories and pictures of my adventures. I'm told not to expect internet in the tents where we'll be living any time soon, but I should still be able to get access to internet elsewhere on base. So please keep in touch and feel free to ask questions!
